Personnel
Personnel Services include the administration of recruitment, testing and selection processes to fill the City's full time allocated positions. Additionally, the Administrative Services Manager is assigned to provide personnel services to the City's operational departments, administer benefits for all employees which include all insurances, worker's compensation and retirement. In addition, our Administrative Services Manager is responsible to process all paperwork related to compensation, leaves of absence and legally mandated documents which are maintained in the City's official employment record files.
